lunch was: deeelicious 6″ tuna at subway. reminder to self — ask ‘em to toast the bread with the tuna and cheese on it. twas so toasty good.

latest sociology burn session: i like this text a lot. no dry academic journal that puts me to sleep. so yieah imma lazy thinker — making it all relative to the contemporary is the only way to suck me in.
while at starbucks ™ earlier, the cashier guy tossed around some light-hearted conversation. reminds me of how i really love that kinda interaction. harmless bs’ing between Laid-Back Slacker People. these days, i trade quips and smart-assery with the co-workers and/or talk under time-pressure. smart-assery with co-workers is always fun, and part of what wakes me up in the morning, but it isn’t the same as conversing with random cool cats in a coffee shop. something about the mood and atmostphere that simply can’t be duplicated elsewhere.
