stupid things happening to people left and right. people acting stupidly despite plenty of reminders not to do so left and right. how many lows can you go? really? cuz guess what, the safety net’ll gonna bail on you one day. that’s how it goes. there isn’t an endless amount of empathy go around. life doesn’t spin that way. pick yourself up or don’t. if you choose don’t, you’ll get a face full of tough-shit. having all of us been around 20+ years, you’d think this is an obvious concept to grasp. and still old habits die hard and sometimes a person is just so because they prefer blinders to reality. i’m no different. i think i’m just more conscious of this than some since i’ve been there oh so many times.
